By downloading or using 2048 (the "App"), these terms automatically apply to you, so please read them before playing. 2048 is a free, ad-supported, single-player puzzle game published by Artivy.
The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Artivy. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks. The 2048 game concept is widely implemented; this implementation, its artwork, and its code are ours.
You may not:
Artivy is committed to keeping the app working and worth playing, so we reserve the right to change it at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
2048 is free to play and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob: a banner while you play, and an occasional interstitial between runs. Google AdMob declares its own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service.
There is nothing to buy in 2048 — no in-app purchases, no coins, no currency of any kind. Everything in the game is available by playing it.
Your best score, your top-10 table, and any run in progress are stored on your device. They are not a leaderboard, are never ranked against other players, and may be lost if the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. Android's own backup does carry them to a new device, but that is a Google service and we cannot guarantee it.
Artivy accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are published on this page, so please review it periodically.
