Contact
Artivy is one person. Every message is read by the developer who wrote the game you are writing about, which is slower than a support desk and rather more useful.
One address for everything — bug reports, questions, privacy and data requests, and business enquiries. Replies come from a single person alongside the actual work of making the games, so please allow a few days before assuming a message went astray.
Reporting a bug
Almost every report can be answered on the first reply if it includes four things:
- Which game, and whether you were playing the Android app or the browser version on this site.
- Which device or browser — "Samsung A54, Android 14" or "Safari on iPhone" is plenty.
- What you did, in the order you did it. The step before the problem is usually the important one.
- What you expected instead. Sometimes the game is behaving as designed and the design is the bug, and that is worth knowing too.
A screenshot beats a description of a screen. If a puzzle looked wrong or unsolvable, the level number matters a great deal: levels are generated from their number, so a level number is enough to reproduce the exact board you were looking at.
Lost progress
Progress in the browser versions is stored by your own browser and is never uploaded anywhere, which means there is no copy of it for us to restore. Clearing site data, playing in a private window, or a browser pruning storage under pressure will all lose a run, and no amount of asking can bring it back — nothing left this device with it. The Android apps back progress up through Android's own backup service, so reinstalling on a phone signed into the same Google account usually restores it.
Privacy and data requests
Write to the address above and say which game and which platform. Each game has its own privacy policy, because the games genuinely collect different things — see the about page for the full list, or a game's own page:
If your question is about advertising consent on one of the Android apps, you can change your answer yourself without writing to anyone: each app has an Ad privacy options entry that reopens the consent form — in Settings for most of them, and beside the Privacy and Terms links on the home screen in PawDoku.
The same applies to this website: the website privacy policy carries a button that reopens the consent message, so you can change or withdraw your answer without asking us to do it.
Press, business and everything else
Also the address above. Icons and screenshots for any of the games can be provided on request; please ask rather than lifting them from a store listing, since the versions there change.
What we cannot help with
Purchases, refunds and subscriptions: there are none. No Artivy game has an in-app purchase or any real-money currency, on Google Play or on this site, so there is nothing to refund and no billing account to look into. If something has charged you claiming to be one of these games, it is not one of these games, and we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Accounts and passwords: also none. Nothing here has a login, so there is nothing to recover.
