By downloading or using Rekta (the "App"), these terms automatically apply to you, so please read them before playing. Rekta is a free, ad-supported, single-player puzzle game published by Artivy.
The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Artivy. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks. Shikaku is a long-established puzzle type that anyone may implement; this implementation, its artwork, its puzzle generator, and its code are ours.

Artivy is committed to keeping the app working and worth playing, so we reserve the right to change it at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
Rekta is free to play and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob: a banner on the Settings screen, an occasional interstitial between levels, and a rewarded video you may choose to watch in exchange for a hint. The puzzle screen carries no banner. Google AdMob declares its own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service.
There is nothing to buy in Rekta — no in-app purchases, no coins, no currency of any kind. Hints are paid for by watching a video, never with money, and every level is available by playing.
Levels are generated from their number rather than stored, so the run has no end and a given level is the same grid on every device. That also means we may adjust the generator in a future version, and the puzzle behind a level number can change with it.
There is no time limit and no way to lose a level: the clock counts upwards and is recorded only when you finish. Your level, your best times, and any grid in progress are stored on your device. They are not a leaderboard and are never ranked against other players. Android's cloud backup carries them to a new phone, which is a Google service we cannot guarantee; clearing the app's data removes the copy on this device.
Artivy accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are published on this page, so please review it periodically.
