By downloading or using StackO! (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. StackO! is a free, ad-supported, single-player arcade stacking game.
The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Artivy. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Artivy is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
StackO! is free to play and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob: a banner on the game over panel, an occasional interstitial between runs, and optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad to continue a run). Google AdMob declares its own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
StackO! includes virtual items — gems and neon themes — that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. Gems are earned only by playing and spent only in the in-game shop; there are no real-money purchases. Virtual items and records are stored on your device and may be lost if the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
Best scores, statistics, and the rank tier shown in the app are calculated from your local play data only. They are not submitted to any server, cannot be transferred between devices, and may be reset if a game update changes the meaning of a stored value.
Artivy accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
