Artiverse is an Android game published by Artivy
(package id.artivy.games on Google Play). This page explains how to delete the account
the game creates for you, what is deleted with it, and what is kept afterwards.
This is the quickest route, and it needs nothing from us:
Your account is deleted from our server immediately, and the game restarts as if it had just been installed. Nothing can be recovered afterwards.
If the app is no longer installed, or you would rather we did it, email 4ndri.nr@gmail.com with:
We reply, and delete the account, within 30 days of the request.
Deleting your account removes everything Artivy holds: your points, your achievements, your place on every leaderboard, and the copy on your phone. One thing is outside our reach. If you signed in with Google Play Games, Google keeps its own record on your Play Games profile — the achievements you unlocked there and the time recorded against this game. That belongs to your Google account rather than to us, and no developer can delete it for you.
You can remove it yourself: open the Play Games app, go to More → Settings → Delete Play Games account data, and choose either this game alone or everything. To withdraw the app's access to your Google account as well, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If you played as a guest, none of this applies: a guest never signs in, and Google has no record of you from this game at all.
Everything the account holds on our server is deleted, with no grace period and no archive copy:
If you deleted the account from inside the game, the phone is wiped as well: your progress in every game, your settings, your themes and the year of birth the age gate asked for. Your settings, your themes and that year of birth were only ever on your own device; your progress was on both, and both copies go.
You can change your display name and your icon at any time from the account card in Settings. If you would like anything else removed while keeping the account, write to the address above and say what it is.
What the game collects in the first place is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the rules of using the game in the Terms & Conditions.
